French and Ger­man press publishers are set­ting up a new licen­sing com­pa­ny to joint­ly nego­tia­te and enforce pay­ment of reve­nues for the online uses of the neigh­bou­ring rights gran­ted by the Euro­pean Copy­right Direc­ti­ve.
